Hi, I’m Devin!
Devin (he/him/his) is a registered Associate of Marriage and Family Therapy (AMFT) working with individuals, couples and families. Devin began his own journey into the world of therapy through personal stuggles with performance, anxiety and depression. He focuses on the unique internal strengths of each client and how these strengths can be utilized in treatment. This strength-focused approach cultivates a sense of self-healing within the client as he learned how to do so himself within his personal life. Devin primarily focuses on preparing his clients to overcome and solve any future adversities that they may face so that they can grow and change on their own terms.

Devin works collaboratively to create a safe, respectful space where the client’s concerns can be explored and meaningful progress can be made. With goals and personal growth at the center of the process, Devin tailors each session to the unique needs of each client. Drawing on extensive training, he integrates a range of therapeutic approaches and interventions that align with every clients’ unique experiences and aspirations.
Devin loves nature and enjoys camping at state and national parks. He is a California native and has lived here his entire life. He loves playing waterpolo and dirt biking with his friends and family. Devin has an adorable golden retriever named Sedona who he spends most of his free time with. He is a cooking fanatic and loves trying out and sharing new recipes with his friends. He is very excited to meet you and get an opportunity to learn more about you.

California Lutheran University Community Counseling Services
Devin primarily worked with individual children, adolescents, young adults, and adults but also provided services to couples at the clinic. Devin worked with individuals on a wide range of topics including, but not limited to, marital issues, anxiety and depression, stress, trauma and PTSD, failure to launch, emotional regulation, sexual issues, suicidal ideation, boundary setting, and self-care implementation. Additionally, Devin worked with couples on parental disagreements, life transition resistance and divorce management.
Conejo Valley Unified School District – Westlake High School
Devin interned at Westlake High School where he worked with adolescents from freshman to seniors. Devin worked with adolescents who struggled with: conflict with friends, parents and teachers, disordered eating, anger management, depression and anxiety, substance use, performance anxiety (academic and sports), and communication challenges. Additionally, Devin worked with a group of at-risk students who struggled at school due to gang involvement and violence in the home. This group was composed of freshman who either had family members involved with gang culture or were involved themselves.
