Hi, I’m Veronica!
Veronica Arrazati is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) at Nikki Nary Therapy and Associates and DayBreak Health. Veronica has been providing therapeutic support to children, adolescents, and families for the past two years and is currently working toward full licensure.
Veronica is passionate about fostering a strong therapeutic alliance, growth, resilience, and healing, and is committed to delivering compassionate, client-centered care.

veronica has had a lifelong calling to help people. her personal experience with mental health struggles in childhood has brought her to this field, passionately supporting others in need.
Veronica’s academic journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside (2014), followed by post-baccalaureate pre-medical studies at California State University, San Marcos (2017). Her multidisciplinary background continues to inform my integrative approach to mental health and wellness.
Outside of her clinical work, Veronica loves all things that have to do with creativity. She has a rich background in the performing arts as a trained hip-hop dancer and musician. Veronica was a member of Synapse Dance Theater in Santa Monica, CA, and continues to explore creative outlets through movement and music. She am also an active member of Renzo Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, where she practices both Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai. Additionally, Veronica is part of an advocacy council for deaf and hard of hearing children called Advocacy Council and Allies for Deaf Children (ACADC). Her diverse interests reflect my holistic view of well-being and my dedication to personal growth.
Veronica is driven by a genuine desire to help others reach their fullest potential and looks forward to giving back to the community through her work in mental health.
Veronica believes that there isn’t a single approach that fits all clients. She values the flexibility to draw from various modalities to tailor therapy to each individual’s unique experiences and goals. Her goal is for her clients to have a collaborative experience, feeling safe and comfortable. Veronica approaches her work with curiosity, openness, and a strong desire to support her clients.

Veronica worked with children, adolescents, and their families across individual, family, and group settings, providing culturally responsive therapy in clinic, school, and community environments. She collaborated closely with caregivers through ongoing communication and psychoeducation, and partnered with schools and other providers to support each client’s broader care. Her work emphasized thoughtful, coordinated support for young people and their families.
